prada late 90's, early 2000's brown sheer chiffon mini dress featuring cutout shoulders, a deep v neckline, bell sleeves. the dress is versatile and works as a more sexy and fun mini dress and also as a more chic and demure layering piece, as styled here on a long and long silhouette. it's bias cut and slips on for ease of wear. there is a red prada logo strip at the side of the hip.
