Domestic and International Shipping 

Order are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or First Class. Orders are processed and shipped once a week-- if you need an order expedited, please send a message.

Each order is issued tracking information which is provided via email once the package is processed and prepared for shipping.  

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen. We suggest you purchase insurance and/or opt for signature confirmation on items over $200 USD.

International Customs & Duties

All international taxes, customs and import duties will be billed to the recipient by the courier when the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. We do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges. If a recipient refuses to pay the taxes, customs or import duties, the parcel will be abandoned and will not be eligible for store credit or refund.

We are currently not shipping to the UK through the website. If you would like to purchase an item on the website and are located in the UK, please send us a message.

Vintage Conditioning Chart

Please keep in mind that in most cases, vintage is pre-worn and as a result pieces will show some minor wear, may have a few tiny mends, etc. We carefully assess each piece, and do our best to disclose all minor flaws that might be associated with each garment within the description of the item. We've included a vintage ranking chart that best describes the condition of each piece. 

Mint Virtually no wear, mostly refers to vintage that has never been worn.
Excellent Expected signs of wear, with consideration of the age, but hardly any signs of wear.
Very Good Shows normal signs of wear expected for age with some minor visible problems but will not detract from wear.
Good Garment has signs of wear and can be worn with discretion of buyer
Fair A piece of vintage that has more significant signs of wear

 

We are huge advocates of buying used and embracing the history of a garment (which sometimes includes a few flaws) and encourage embracing the art of mending. 

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are considered final but garments are taken back on a case by case basis only if an item was grossly misrepresented. Any possible returns will be in exchange for store credit with a 15% restocking fee.
