peggy jennings white organza 3D floral applique dress. this dress features an empire waist, a sheer organza layer as well as a nude silk charmeuse lining, and cascading bead and sequin 3D floral appliques that give the effect of flowers falling from the bust down to the hem of the dress. there is a back vent in the lining dress for ease of wear and a back zip closure. peggy jennings was a model-turned-designer who designed romantic clothing with a focus on special fabrics and dresses governors' wives and first ladies, including laura bush and hilary clinton. 

should fit around a small to medium. in excellent condition with minor signs of wear - there is a horizontal pull where the zipper ends around the knee in the back of the dress on the organza and a vertical pull in the same area and some minor areas where the organza thread has been bent. (the fabric is sheer so not very noticeable from a distance)

(the lining was taken in about 1-1.5 inches so can be taken back out if needed for fit.)
