gianfranco ferré eggshell white silk or silk blend (feels like a silk/cotton blend) layered top with corset-like underlayer with single tie and overlayer with single button. the exaggerated bell sleeves are self-lined in what feels like a chiffon (maybe silk) to give it a little extra weight for shape. the collar falls to drape below the shoulders, almost like ruffles (but not ruffles). the collar can be worn a variety of waist.
