bill blass polka dot chiffon dress

vintage 1960s bill blass silk chiffon polka dot gown. gathered at collar with open slit back. cascading ruffles on shoulders that go down the sleeves and continues down center slit and bottom of dress. detachable matching peonie flower (placed behind collar in photos). attached silk liner halter dress with zip closure.


no tag size, shown on a small (not pinned). in excellent condition- some very tiny hand mends at the very bottom ruffle of dress in back
