1960s lanvin by jules-françois crahay white cotton and lace balloon sleeve blouse. buttons down center. dropped shoulder seam and exaggerated sleeves. perfect tucked into high waist trousers or denim. similar blouses by lanvin from the era also seen in photos by louis-roger aster taken in 1969.
