1950s / 60s silk cherry blossom embroidered chinoiserie dress

a 1950s/60s silk chinoiserie brocade strapless dress with beautiful multicolored cherry blossom embroidery. the dress features a bodice that is pleated at the sides to create a subtle ruching effect, is boned for support, fully lined, with a side hidden zip closure and side slit. beautiful textile (the reverse side shown here). seems like a custom made piece. 

no size tag but the measurements are the best way to ensure fit, easily taken in at the side seams if needed, shown on a size small model with the bust slightly pinned, excellent condition
